8 oz. BelGioioso Blue Cheese, crumbled
¼ cup Buttermilk
¼ cup sour cream
1 Tbsp lemon juice
¾ cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
1 head iceberg lettuce
Cooked bacon, chopped
2 ripe Roma Tomatoes, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
In a bowl, combine 1 cup of crumbled BelGioioso Blue Cheese, buttermilk, sour cream, lemon juice and mayonnaise to create the dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cut lettuce into 4 wedges; place on individual plates or a large platter. Spoon the blue cheese dressing onto each wedge and garnish with the bacon, tomatoes, red onion and more blue cheese crumbles.
