16 oz. BelGioioso Burrata
1 fresh watermelon, sliced
1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
1/4 cup pistachio nuts, chopped
Fresh basil & mint leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Drain the BelGioioso Burrata from the cup and place onto a plate or platter. Arrange watermelon slices and olives around the Burrata and top with pistachios, fresh basil and mint leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
