8 oz. BelGioioso CreamyGorg® or Crumbly Gorgonzola cheese
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp. BelGioioso Mascarpone cheese
Fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Directions
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. While pasta is boiling, cut BelGioioso Gorgonzola into small cubes and place into a large sauce pan. Melt cheese over low heat and add heavy whipping cream, stir and melt to create a sauce.
Drain pasta and toss with the BelGioioso Mascarpone then Gorgonzola sauce. Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley.
