Heat a griddle or skillet to medium heat.
Spread BelGioioso Mascarpone on one side of each slice of bread. Layer the Crescenza-Stracchino, deli ham and pear compote on the inside of the sandwich, with Mascarpone on the outside. Place sandwich onto heated skillet and cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-4 minutes on each side.
Slice and serve immediately.
