Ingredients
- 2 cups spring green salad mix
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 4 oz. marinated roasted tomatoes
- 4 oz. assorted marinated olives
- 2 oz. marinated roasted peppers
- 4 oz. grilled asparagus spears
- 4 oz. sliced prosciutto
- 4 oz. BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella Pearls cheese
- 4 oz. BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella Ciliegine cheese
- 4 oz. BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella Bocconcini cheese
- 4 oz. BelGioioso Burrata (2 oz.) cheese
Directions
In a large salad bowl, toss spring greens with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Place dressed greens onto a large platter. Top with marinated tomatoes, olives, peppers, grilled asparagus and sliced Prosciutto.
Arrange Fresh Mozzarella and Burrata balls on top and serve immediately with grilled bread for a delicious appetizer.
