Ingredients
4 cups spring green salad mix
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
4 oz. BelGioioso Crumbly Gorgonzola cheese
4 oz. cooked bacon, cut into pieces
Roasted carrots or sweet potato, cut into bite size pieces
Directions
Toss salad greens with the olive oil and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Top the salad with Gorgonzola cheese, bacon and roasted vegetables. Serve immediately.
