Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium-sized bowl, combine BelGioioso Ricotta con Latte®, basil, prosciutto, BelGioioso American Grana®, and 1 egg; stir until filling is well combined. Set aside.
Roll dough into thin circles onto a lightly floured surface. Fill each circle with the filling mixture. Top with BelGioioso Mild Provolone and fold over, securing edges by folding in and pressing with a fork. Brush the top of each calzone with beaten egg and top with BelGioioso American Grana®. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Slice and serve hot.
