spring green salad mix

extra virgin olive oil

balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

marinated artichoke hearts

Kalamata olives

grape tomatoes, cut in half

cheese, crumbled
Instructions
In a large salad bowl, toss spring greens with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add marinated artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives and tomatoes, then toss again.
Top salad with crumbled Artigiano cheese and serve immediately.
