Ingredients

rotini pasta

BelGioioso Asiago
cheese, cubed

cup
onion, finely chopped

cup
roasted red tomatoes, chopped
½
cup
kalamata olives
Fresh oregano, approximately 6 stems of leaves
¼
cup
extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
After draining pasta, rinse with cool water. Place in bowl and mix in cubed BelGioioso Asiago, onion, tomatoes, olives and fresh oregano.
Lightly coat with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
